Safe and reliable goods transport on passenger conveyors makes high demands on trolleys and castors. Original Wanzl travelator castors were developed on the basis of many years of experience and in combination with Wanzl shopping and transport trolleys provide the best prerequisites for smooth level-to-level shopping.
Travelator castor Type 1 - Ø 125 mm
Function When the castor moves onto the travelator the running discs slot into the grooves on the conveyor. Two outside braking shoes guarantee safe support of the travelator castor. Excellent running properties due to separate running discs. Independent tracking and suitable for all travelator types.
Travelator castor Type 2 - Ø 125 mm
Function When the castor moves onto the travelator the single running disc slots into the grooves on the travelator. Two outside braking shoes guarantee safe support of the travelator castor. Independent tracking and suitable for all travelator types.
Travelator castor Type 4 - Ø 125 mm
Function The trolley runs on the running wheel. On the travelator the feeler disc drops into a groove on the travelator. The running wheel is also blocked at the same time. Independent tracking and suitable for all travelator types.
Travelator castor Type 5 - Ø 160 mm
Function The trolley runs on the running wheel. On the travelator the feeler disc drops into a groove on the travelator. The running wheel is also blocked at the same time. Independent tracking and suitable for all travelator types.
The castor is particularly suitable for large transport trolleys and heavy loads.
