Soundsafer restrains shoplifters.
The theft of high-quality razor blades is a major problem. Sometimes shoplifting is so excessive that hardly any profit is made on the blades.
In the Soundsafer the packs are stacked in an enclosed compartment and customers can remove the blades from a drawer at the bottom. When the drawer is opened, a characteristic noise is made which can be heard clearly in the vicinity. Other customers and personnel are therefore alerted by the patented sound when one or more packs are removed. |
